Shipping Conditions

Delivery of goods is available worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

We calculate shipping costs as follows:

• Germany: Free of charge
• Austria and EU countries: €9.90
• Switzerland: €13 (no VAT for Switzerland)
• USA: €25

Delivery Times

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany is within 2-10 days, and for international deliveries, within 2-21 days after contract conclusion (in the case of advance payment, after receipt of your payment instructions). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

For self-pickup, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Payment Conditions

For domestic deliveries (Germany), you have the following payment options:

• Cash on pickup
• Prepayment via bank transfer
• Payment via PayPal
• Payment via PayPal (credit card, direct debit, possibly invoice)
• Payment via installment purchase (through PayPal)
• Payment via Klarna

For international deliveries, you have the following payment options:

• Cash on pickup
• Prepayment via bank transfer
• Payment via PayPal
• Payment via PayPal Express
• Payment via PayPal (credit card, direct debit, possibly invoice)
• Payment via Klarna
