There are several ways to use a Pranadrop® in spiritual exercises. Here are two methods:
A. Affirming with your Pranadrop®
Find a place of peace and settle into a relaxed position. Take your Pranadrop® Nithael in your hand and hold it gently. Enter a state of calm and mental relaxation, for example, through breathing exercises. Begin repeating one of the above-mentioned affirmations. As you say the affirmations in your mind, focus on your Pranadrop® Nithael and visualize the energy of the orgonite flowing into you, supporting your affirmation. Repeat the affirmation up to forty times. This exercise is best done just before bedtime and right after waking up in the morning.
B. Recharging Pranadrops®
Like the first meditation, retreat to a place of calm and enter a state of relaxation and heightened awareness. Breathing exercises can help you prepare. Take your Pranadrop® Nithael in your hand and imagine energy from the universe flowing into you with each inhale and being stored in your body as light. As you exhale, visualize the light in your body transferring to the Pranadrop® in your hand. During this process, think about what you want to achieve or obtain. For example, one focus is aesthetics. As the stored light energy transfers from your body to the Pranadrop® with each exhale, visualize the desired qualities flowing into the Pranadrop®. Repeat this process seven to twelve times. Then wear your Pranadrop® Nithael around your neck. The positive attributes are now stored in the Pranadrop® and will positively influence you throughout the day (and night). This exercise should be repeated daily, as the stored energy in the Pranadrop® diminishes over time.
