The energy of the Root Chakra provides us with the essential life energies needed to maintain a healthy body. Muladhara is connected to the basic survival needs of humans, the physical aspect of sexuality, and our inherent primal trust.
It promotes stability, assertiveness, self-confidence, and steadfastness, and is characteristic of grounded individuals. Additionally, this Chakra is crucial for feelings of security, safety, and trust in areas such as career, money, and our home.
