Manipura, also known as the Solar Plexus or Navel Chakra, is located between the navel and the sternum at the level of the stomach, above the solar plexus. The Solar Plexus is the seat of our inner sun - the personality of a person. The energy of this chakra is connected with our power, the conscious shaping of life, and the influence a person has on it. Manipura is responsible for processing emotions and thoughts, which are then integrated into the personality as experiences.
Since the Solar Plexus establishes the flow between emotion and intellect, a person with an activated Solar Plexus Chakra can manage emotions very well. Instead of being "overwhelmed" by them, it creates a connection to the mind, which can understand, reflect on, and enrich emotions with important thought impulses. Conversely, thoughts do not remain lofty intellectual ideas but are emotionally rooted and can be tangibly implemented. A person with a developed Solar Plexus Chakra possesses the necessary assertiveness needed to achieve their own goals. Especially when obstacles arise, a person with an activated Navel Chakra has the strength and will to overcome them and continue on their path.
People who act on gut instinct and usually hit the mark with their intuitive decisions have a strong, balanced Solar Plexus Chakra. They allow their emotions to flow freely and do not suppress them.
